Guitar Project "In the Shop"

So, I spent about an hour and a half at the shop going over the specs of what's to become the proto type of the CHIAKI Brand Guitar. The shape of the body and the neck is nothing special. But I have to say, its all about the construction. Both the body and the neck will be prepped for the paint in about 3 weeks. Here are the specs so far.

取りあえず、木を選びにビルダーさんの所へ行って来ました。自分の今一番好んでいるギターのネックを持って行き同じ用な物を作ってもらいます。ボディーはシャーベルのオリジナル・ストラト。三週間で出来上がるとの事。ピック・アップはダンカンのカスタム・ショップ制の物に。

Body: Two piece hand selected Alder

Routing: Straight Hum, Floyd no Recess (angle neck slot so can not pull up), Side Jack

Neck: Reverse Headstock, Maple/Maple (Classic "V" to "C" 9.5 to 9.75), square overhang
Radius: 10” – 12” Compound Radius
Frets: 22 Jumbo

Scale: 25.5"

Nut: 1 11/16" Gotoh

Tuners: Gotoh

Not sure about the pickups yet. Maybe a Seymour Duncan Custom wound EVH 78 or a Warren DeMartini RTM.
